Sarah Jordan, counsellor and psychotherapist

Inclusive and Affirming Practice

I am committed to providing an inclusive therapeutic environment for all clients. My practice is neurodivergent affirming, and I warmly welcome autistic, ADHD, Bipolar, PTSD and otherwise neurodivergent individuals. I am also an LGBTQIA+ ally and strive to create a space where all identities are respected, valued and supported.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Level 7 PGDip Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy
  • Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)

I am a BACP-registered Level 7 Psychotherapist and Integrative Counsellor with experience providing telephone, online and face-to-face counselling. My experience includes supporting children, young people and adults with a range of presenting issues, including trauma, sexual abuse, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, relationship difficulties and emotional distress. I currently volunteer with We Stand, supporting non-offending parents and guardians of children who have experienced sexual abuse, and previously volunteered as a Childline Helpline Counsellor.
